Step 01

Initial in-person Design Consultation

This is the first step for all new design projects (Essentials, Signature & Premium) and allows us to understand your space, priorities, and overall direction.

The purpose of this meeting is to review your priorities and discuss your project in detail. To make the most of our time, we ask that you prepare a clear outline of the areas you would like to focus on and what you are hoping to achieve.

The consultation is a focused working session where we discuss key rooms, explore how the space needs to function and feel, and provide initial professional guidance. We will also outline how we would approach your project.

What’s included:

Up to 1 hour in your home
Discussion of priority spaces (typically 1–2 areas)
Opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas
A tailored quotation prepared following your in-person consultation

What’s not included:

Full house walkthroughs unless agreed in advance
Written room-by-room briefs or detailed documentation
Post-meeting design work or follow-up reports

Investment:
£280 + VAT Inclusive of travel within our standard service area.

Our Premium service is a complete, end-to-end design and delivery experience. It is ideal for clients who want every aspect of their project professionally managed, from initial concept through to final installation.

Full project management and coordination from concept to completion
Comprehensive technical drawings for contractors and installers
Photorealistic CGI visuals*
Detailed design presentations and review meetings
Access to our trusted network of trades, craftsmen, and specialist suppliers
Full coordination and communication with all appointed trades and contractors
Complete sourcing, procurement, and specification
Management of orders, deliveries, and installation
Access to our trade-only suppliers and preferential pricing where applicable
On-site involvement and final styling

This is a fully managed service where we oversee both design and delivery, ensuring the project is executed to a high standard and aligned with the agreed scheme.

From £6,930 + VAT

A detailed proposal will be provided following an initial consultation.

* Each space includes two CGI visuals and two rounds of minor revisions. Further revisions or design changes will be charged separately.
