Typical Investment
As every property is individually designed and specified, we don't offer fixed furnishing packages.
However, as a general guide, the furniture and furnishings for a typical one-bedroom serviced accommodation property generally start from around £6,000, depending on the size of the property, the level of specification and your target market.
This includes all furniture, lighting, artwork, soft furnishings, kitchenware, bedding, towels and the guest essentials required to fully equip the property.
Design, procurement, delivery, installation and styling are quoted separately, allowing us to tailor every project to your exact requirements.
