Brief | Re-design and refresh an expansive London townhouse following long-term rental occupation, before bespoke furnishing the vacant property with high-end furniture and furnishings suitable for both the sale presentation and future use in the client’s second home in France.

Description | The project involved a full interior redesign and refresh of the townhouse, elevating the property after years of tenant use. The home was subsequently furnished with a curated selection of high-end pieces, chosen for both aesthetic impact and long-term versatility.

The scope included an open-plan kitchen and dining area, dual-aspect reception room, study, hallway and staircase, cloakroom W.C., five double bedrooms, an en-suite, family bathroom, and a basement maisonette
