Brief | Re-design and refresh an expansive London townhouse following long-term rental occupation, before bespoke furnishing the vacant property with high-end furniture and furnishings suitable for both the sale presentation and future use in the client’s second home in France.

Description | The project involved a full interior re-design and refresh of the townhouse to elevate the property after years of tenant use. Once complete, the home was bespoke furnished with a carefully curated selection of high-end furniture and furnishings, chosen for both their aesthetic impact and long-term versatility.
The scope included a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, dual-aspect reception room, study, hallway and staircase, cloakroom W.C., five double bedrooms, an en-suite, family bathroom, and a basement maisonette. The result is a cohesive, refined interior that balances functionality, longevity, and timeless appeal across all living spaces.
