Brief | BTR Interior Design undertook a budget-conscious refresh of a large Lewes property, aimed at making it stylish, functional, and versatile for Airbnb/rental use as well as resale. The focus was on creatively reusing existing furniture while selecting new items that are both beautiful and practical, ensuring every piece enhances usability and market appeal.

Description | This project transformed the property on a small budget, making the space inviting and fully functional. Thoughtful use of existing pieces combined with smart new purchases created a home that works for both short-term renters and potential buyers. The redesign has since earned 12 five-star reviews, reflecting its success and appeal.
