Brief | Create a home staging solution for a Grade II listed Sussex farmhouse that had been on the market for almost two years without achieving a realistic offer. The aim was to add warmth, character, and lived-in appeal while respecting the property’s historic features.
Description | The farmhouse retained strong architectural character but lacked decorative layers, soft furnishings, and secondary furniture, which left the interiors feeling empty and led buyers to question how the home was lived in. A bespoke DIY home staging plan was created for the owners, followed by a final styling day to refine and complete the presentation.
The property sold for full asking price in under one week following staging.
